Cemetery Commission

Cemetery Commission

The Plainfield Cemetery Commission meets about six to eight times per year (often monthly during the summer and less frequently during winter). Meetings are generally held the second or third Wednesday of the month, typically at 5:30 PM at the Plainfield Fire Station. You will find Meetings Notices published here, on Front Porch Forum, as well as at the Town Office, The Plainfield Coop, and the Plainfield Post Office. The Cemetery Commission's goals include setting policy for town cemeteries, selling plots, and maintaining these beautiful spaces.

  • The Plainfield Cemetery Commission is accepting bid proposals for Cemetery Sexton services for a five year period beginning April 1, 2021.
