Plainfield Water & Wastewater Commission
The Plainfield Water and Wastewater Commission meets on the third Monday of the month at 5:15 PM at the Town Office (special meetings are announced at least 24-hours in advance; emergency meetings, such as line breaks, are not announced in advanced, but minutes are always posted). All meetings are open to the public.
The Water and Wastewater Commission acts as the supervisory board to the Water and Wastewater Department. The Water and Wastewater Commission supervises Water and Wastewater personnel, creates the yearly budget, sets Water & Wastewater Rates, and oversees the fiscal and administrative operation of the Water and Wastewater Department.
Public Hearing for New Water & Wastewater System Ordinances
The public hearing to share your comments, concerns, etc. about the newly proposed Water & Wastewater ordinances will be held on January 27, 2020 at 6:30 PM at Plainfield Town Offices.
